Complete a physical examination
Before you make your first jump, be sure to go through a physical examination. There are a number of contraindications that should be considered. Parachute jumping is contraindicated for people with serious chronic diseases such as diabetes, epilepsy, bone injuries, diseases of the cardiovascular system and the musculoskeletal system.
